My approach as design coach

In a series of talks and reports I support you as a designer by way of one or more of the following stages:

1. What makes you tick?
We define your mission, core values, ambitions, and find out about your contribution to the wider society.

2. What is your position in the design universe?
In this step we are finding out what distinguishes you from other creatives? Are you an individualist or a team worker? Do you prefer mass-produced or unique objects? You like more self-generation or commissions? And how can your unique qualities help you position yourself better?

3. What will be your strategy and business model?
The focus includes content, policy, finance and marketing.

4. Subsequent support
Advice on presentations as well as on texts for communication purposes, such as a website. Advice on contracts, (royalty) agreements and quotations.
